dc.description.abstract	Зростаюча міжнародна конкуренція між закладами вищої освіти вимагає від університетів оцінки, удосконалення або розробки нових стратегій, які дозволять їм розширити міжнародну спроможність. Постає необхідність набуття конкурентентних переваг у залученні студентів, особливо – іноземних, включення учасників освітнього процесу до міжародних програм обмінів, виконання спільних дослідницьких проектів, створення програм спільних дипломів тощо. У статті інтернаціоналізація вищої освіти розглядається як комплексний стратегічний процес, що інтегрує програми, заходи та ініціативи, задля зміцнення позицій університету в міжнародному просторі. Метою статті є розробка інтегрованої моделі інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти на іституційному рівні, що поєднує концепції статегічного планування вищої освіти, консолідує комплексні компоненти та підхід залучення стейкхолдерів. Пропонована модель є основою для подальших емпіричних досліджень, а також схемою для практичного планування, що може бути корисною для управлінців у сфері вищої освіти.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The increased international competition between higher educational establishments requires from the universities evaluation, improvement or development of new strategies which will enable them to boost their international activities. There is a need to gain a competitive advantage in attracting more national and international students, involving participants of educational process into the international exchange programs, conducting joint research projects, establishing joint degree programs, etc. The process of internationalization of universities requires the development and implementation of its strategic documents. A key document in this context is the strategic plan for internationalization of the university, which specifies the purpose, priority directions of international cooperation, strategic tasks in the directions of international activities. Internationalization strategy is a basic document for the development of medium and short-term plans for international activities, which defines the key principles of decision making in the current activities of the university. The paper presents the integrated approach to internationalization, which is the basis for drafting a national strategy for the internationalization of higher education in Ukraine. Through the integrated approach, the internationalization of higher education is seen as an comprehensive process that influences teaching, learning and the public mission of higher education institutions. Universities play a leading transformational role in society through the ability to interact with foreign partners through the exchange of experience and joint research. Integrated internationalization of higher education is defined as a comprehensive strategic process that integrates programs, activities and initiatives, in order to strengthen the university's position in the international space. The paper is aimed at the composing of integrated model of higher education internationalization for the institutional level which links strategic planning concepts with higher education, consolidates complex components and stakeholders engagement approach. The model outlined in this paper provides a basis for further empirical research as well as a practical planning scheme for higher education managers. The paper also defines the five-staged approach to the establishing and managing of international partnership in the sphere of higher education.	en_US
