dc.description.abstract	Досліджено освітню компоненту соціальної інфраструктури. Доведено, що інвестування в освіту є каталізатором розвитку соціогуманітарного простору регіонів України. Проаналізовано структуру загальних витрат на освіту за фінансуючими суб’єктами. Розглянуто польський досвід співпраці місцевого самоврядування з неурядовими організаціями шляхом оголошення конкурсів відкритих пропозицій у сфері науки, освіти та виховання. Розроблено матрицю джерел фінансування освітньої підсистеми соціальної інфраструктури регіону, яка спрямована на залучення інститутів громадянського суспільства до процесів розвитку сфери освіти та виховання.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The educational component of social infrastructure was explored. It is proved that investing in education is a catalyst for the development of the socio-humanitarian space of the regions of Ukraine. The structure of total expenditure on education by the funding entities was analyzed. The Polish experience of cooperation of local self-government with non-governmental organizations by announcing open competitions in the field of science, education and upbringing was considered. The matrix of financing sources for the educational subsystem of the social infrastructure of the region, aimed at involving civil society institutions in the development processes of education and education, was developed.	en_US
