На основі аналізу державно-правових вчень представників різних епох встановлено, що питання легітимності (законності, справедливості) державної влади виникло в античні часи, коли було визначено ряд характерних ознак публічної влади, які притаманні сучасному поняттю легітимності. | dc.description.abstractalt1 | The history of the emergence and development of the idea of the legitimacy of state power in political and legal thought is researched. On the basis of the analysis of state-legal doctrines of representatives of different epochs, it was established that the question of legitimacy (legality, justice) of state power arose in ancient times, when a number of signs of public power, which are inherent in the modern notion of legitimacy, were identified. Subsequently, the idea of legitimacy was developed in the works of thinkers of the Middle Ages and the New Age. | en_US |
