dc.description.abstract	Сьогодні в Україні відбуваються складні соціально-економічні та політичні процеси, пов’язані з європейським вектором розвитку, що у своїй перспективі сприятимуть покращенню соціально-економічного становища суспільства. Людський потенціал визначає не лише бажання країни забезпечити у майбутньому існування творчих, кваліфікованих кадрів, але й суттєво впливає на розширене суспільне оновлення в плані демографічного, економічного, соціального та духовного буття. На перший план постає проблема формування людського потенціалу та визначення вектору його суспільного розвитку. Актуальним є розуміння тенденцій, які впливають на формування людського потенціалу, а також динаміку його росту та виявлення засобів його ефективного використання. В розділі 1 магістерської роботи теоретично обґрунтовано поняття та імперативи розвитку людського потенціалу; здійснено загальну характеристику складових людського потенціалу; визначено тенденції розвитку людського потенціалу України в умовах євроінтеграції. В розділі 2 магістерської роботи охарактеризовано тенденції та динаміку розвитку соціально-економічних складових розвитку людського потенціалу європейського простору; здійснено експериментальне дослідження формування людського потенціалу серед молоді. Розділ 3 присвячений характеристиці політичної співпраці України з Європейським Союзом; визначено інноваційні напрямки формування людського потенціалу в Україні. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у комплексному дослідженні освітньої складової формування людського капіталу України в умовах євроінтеграції. Основні результати дослідження були апробовані у виступі на ІХ Міжнародній науково-практичній інтернет-конференції «Сучасний рух науки», присвяченій головній місії Міжнародного електронного науковопрактичного журналу «WayScience» — прокласти шлях до розвитку сучасної науки від ідеї до результату, яка відбулася у м. Дніпрі 2-3 грудня 2019 р.,: «Імперативи розвитку людського потенціалу в системі європейських координат». Основні результати проведеного дослідження викладені у 1 науковій праці	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	Today, Ukraine is experiencing complex socio-economic and political processes related to the European vector of development, which in its future will contribute to improving the socio-economic status of society. Human potential determines not only the desire of the country to provide creative, skilled personnel in the future, but also significantly influences the widespread social renewal in terms of demographic, economic, social and spiritual existence. The problem of forming human potential and determining the vector of its social development comes to the fore. It is important to understand the trends that influence the formation of human potential, as well as the dynamics of its growth and identify the means of its effective use. In Chapter 1 of the master’s thesis the concept and imperatives of human potential development are theoretically substantiated; the general characterization of the components of human potential is made; the tendencies of development of the human potential of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are determined. In Chapter 2 of the master’s thesis describes trends and dynamics of development of socio-economic components of human development of the European space; an experimental study of the formation of human potential among young people was carried out. Chapter 3 dedicated to the characterization of Ukraine's political cooperation with the European Union; identified innovative directions of human potential formation in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is a comprehensive study of the educational component of the formation of human capital of Ukraine in the context of European integration. The main results of the study were tested in a speech at the 9th International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference «The Modern Movement of Science», dedicated to the main mission of the International electronic scientific and practical journal «WayScience» - to pave the way for the development of modern science from the idea to the result Dnipro December 2-3, 2019,: «Human development imperatives in the European coordinate system». The main results of the study are outlined in 1 scientific paper.	en_US
