dc.description.abstract	Актуальність теми дослідження. Технологічне підготовлення виробництва є важливим етапом, оскільки саме на ньому розробляється технологічний процес (ТП) виготовлення деталі, від якого залежать техніко-економічні показники, які визначають конкурентоспроможність деталі на ринку продукції. Постановка проблеми. Час, який витрачається багатьма вітчизняними підприємствами на розрахунок техніко-економічних показників технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі, сьогодні є досить значним, що суттєво сповільнює технологічне підготовлення виробництва. У сучасних умовах швидкості навколишніх змін, перетворень та конкуренції на ринку це недопустимо. Аналіз досліджень і публікацій. Нині є значна кількість програмного забезпечення для розрахунку технікоекономічних показників ТП виготовлення деталей. Кожна програма має свої переваги і недоліки. Виділення недосліджених частин загальної проблеми. Важливим елементом програмного забезпечення для розрахунку техніко-економічних показників ТП виготовлення деталей має бути можливість оперативного розрахунку оптимального ТП за показниками, які є найбільш важливими в конкретних виробничих умовах. Тобто має бути можливість вибору параметра оптимізації. Метою статті є удосконалення методу розрахунку вартості та часу виготовлення деталі залежно від типу виробництва. Виклад основного матеріалу. На прикладі конкретної деталі, продемонстровано можливості програмного забезпечення «Auto_price» для розрахунку вартості деталі, залежно від типу виробництва і структури технологічного процесу. Вибрано оптимальне рішення, враховуючи вартість та час виготовлення, зважаючи на ваговий коефіцієнт, який було обрано за допомогою експертної оцінки. Висновки відповідно до статті. У роботі було удосконалено метод розрахунку вартості та часу виготовлення деталі залежно від типу виробництва, що дозволило отримати оптимальний технологічний процес з урахуванням техніко-економічних показників та реалізувати цей метод програмно.	en_US

At present, there is a considerable amount of software available to calculate the technical and economic indicators of TP of parts manufacturing. Each program has its advantages and disadvantages. Highlighting previously unresolved parts of a common problem. An important element of the software for the calculation of the technical and economic indicators of the TP of parts manufacturing is the ability to promptly calculate the optimal TP on the indicators that are most important in specific production conditions. That is, it should be possible to select an optimization parameter. The purpose of the article is to improve the method of calculating the cost and time of manufacture of a part depending on the type of production. Presenting main material. On the example of a specific part, are demonstrated the capabilities of the software "Auto_price" for calculating the cost of the part, depending on the type of production and structure of the process. The most optimal is chosen, taking into account the cost and time of manufacturing, taking into account the weight factor that was selected by peer review. Conclusion. In the work the was improved the method of calculation of cost and time of production of a part depending on the type of production, which allowed to obtain the optimal technological process taking into account the technical and economic indicators and to implement this method programmatically.	en_US
