dc.description.abstract	Сучасна суспільно-політична ситуація в Україні характерна розшаруванням населення за рівнем матеріального стану, невпевненістю переважної більшості громадян у завтрашньому дні, погіршенням матеріального становища, як наслідок – зростанням насильства як на рівні суспільства і державних інститутів, так і на рівні індивідуальної свідомості. Актуальність проблеми ґендерно-обумовленого насильства, яка визнана світовою громадськістю однією з найбільш поширених у світі форм порушення прав людини, її недостатня теоретична і практична розробленість зумовили вибір теми магістерського дослідження «Особливості соціальної роботи з постраждалими від ґендерно-обумовленого насильства». У розділі 1 роботи досліджуються теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «ґендерно-обумовлене насильство», основні види насильства. Здійснено огляд наукової літератури з теми дослідження. В другому розділі роботи досліджено правовий вимір проблеми ґендерного насильства та зарубіжні та вітчизняні практики її його подолання. Розділ 3 роботи присвячений дослідженню технологій соціальної роботи з випадками насильства в сім’ї. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що: 1) досліджені переважаючі види сімейного насильства в м. Чернігові; 2) розроблена авторська анкета з метою дослідження переважаючих видів сімейного насильства в м. Чернігові; 3) запропонована соціальна (корекційна) програма по роботі з жінкамижертвами насильства	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The current socio-political situation in Ukraine is characterized by the stratification of the population by the level of material conditions, lack of income security for the vast majority of citizens, the deterioration of the financial situation, as a consequence – the increasing in violence both at the level of society and state institutions, and at the level of individual consciousness. The urgent character of the problem of gender-based violence, which is recognized by the world community as one of the most widespread human rights violations in the world, its inadequate theoretical and practical development has stipulated the choice of the theme for the Master’s thesis research «Features of social work with victims of gender-based violence». The first section deals with the theoretical approaches to the definition of «gender-based violence» and the main types of gender-based violence. A review of the scientific literature on the topic was conducted. In the second section of the paper the causes, regulatory and legal framework for the prevention of gender-based was analyzed, as well as identifies the main areas of state policy in the field of prevention of gender-based gender-based are determined. The third section deals with researching of technologies for social work with cases of gender-based violence. The scientific novelty of the work is that 1) the study of the identification of the prevalent types of gender-based violence in Chernihiv; 2) the originally developed questionnaire to investigate the prevalent types of family violence in Chernihiv 3) a social (corrective) program for working with women who are victims of violence was developed	en_US
