dc.description.abstract	Стаття присвячена дослідженню основних напрямів удосконалення організації праці на підприємствах лісового господарства України. Визначено основні проблеми діяльності підприємств. Зазначено, що підприємства лісового господарства мають специфічні особливості організації праці працівників. Розкриті ключові аспекти організації праці, зокрема стан матеріально-технічного забезпечення, норми праці, робочий час, умови праці та техніка безпеки, дисципліна праці. Визначені основні проблеми організації праці у підприємствах лісового господарства та запропоновані шляхи їх вирішення. Практика показує, що недосконала організація праці завжди призводить до погіршення результатів діяльності на підприємствах лісового господарства. Тому вона має велике значення для підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства лісового господарства (особливо економічної ефективності), потребує системного забезпечення і постійного контролю з боку керівництва та менеджерів.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	Статья посвящена исследованию основных направлений усовершенствования организации труда на предприятиях лесохозяйственного комплекса. Определены основные проблемы предприятий лесного хозяйства Украины. Сделан акцент на том, что предприятия лесного хозяйства имеют специфические особенности организации труда работников, задействованных непосредственно в лесу. Развитие современной науки управления и инновационных технологий требует постоянного пересмотра форм и методов организации труда, внедрения современных достижений науки и техники с целью обеспечения надлежащего уровня безопасности труда и повышение производительности работников. Практика показывает, что несовершенная организация труда всегда приводит к ухудшению результатов деятельности на предприятиях лесного хозяйства. Поэтому она имеет большое значение для повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия лесного хозяйства (особенно экономической эффективности), требует системного обеспечения и постоянного контроля со стороны руководства и менеджеров.	en_US
dc.description.abstractalt2	The article is devoted to the research of the basic directions of improvement of the organization of work at the enterprises of forestry of Ukraine. The main problems of activity of enterprises are identified. The main problems of enterprises of the forestry complex of Ukraine are identified. The enterprises of the forestry complex have specific peculiarities of labor organization of workers who work directly in the forest. The development of modern management science and innovative technologies requires constant revision of forms and methods of work organization, implementation of modern science and technology achievements in order to ensure an adequate level of safety at work and increase the productivity of workers. Practice shows that imperfect organization of labor always leads to a deterioration in the results of activities at forestry enterprises. For these reasons, the organization of labor is of great importance for increasing the efficiency of the forestry enterprise (especially economic efficiency), therefore, the organization of labor requires system support and constant monitoring by the management and managers of the enterprise. A feature of the organization of labor at a forestry enterprise is a complex and costly process that takes into account all the features of its functioning and is a key factor in the effectiveness of the enterprise. Improving the organization of labor is particularly relevant at forestry enterprises in modern conditions, since the insufficient level of financing and independence of state enterprises significantly hinders the introduction of advanced achievements of science and technology in their activities and modern achievements of management science of labor organization. The solution to this problem is seen in the theoretical generalization and practical application of domestic and foreign experience in the organization of labor, in the areas of improving its individual elements, ensuring conditions for the most rational use of labor resources, and accordingly, they can minimize the costs associated with production and increase the efficiency of the enterprise. At the same time, the process of rational organization of labor at a forestry enterprise and determining the directions for its improvement is rather complicated in that a forestry enterprise is a complex system with its own specifics of functioning, which must be taken into account when organizing labor. At forestry enterprises, management must skillfully organize sufficiently diverse workplaces ensuring the maximum level of safety for forest workers and proper working conditions for administrative workers. The creation of appropriate modern conditions for the organization of labor of workers in forestry enterprises will contribute to the rational use of labor and natural resources.	en_US
