dc.description.abstract	У статті поглиблено теоретичні питання щодо дослідження сутності фіскальних інструментів, їх видів та ролі в розвитку економіки. Зокрема, встановлено, що фіскальні інструменти є невід’ємною складовою фіскального механізму, який активно використовується органами державної влади для акумулювання, розподілу та перерозподілу фінансових ресурсів. Також у статті проаналізовано сутність такого механізму і визначено місце фіскальних інструментів у його функціонуванні. Значну увагу приділено визначенню видів фіскальних інструментів. Зокрема, встановлено, що в переважній більшості випадків фіскальні інструменти науковці розглядають як загальну систему з бюджетних та податкових інструментів. Відповідно, було конкретизовано такі інструменти.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	Within the article, theoretical issues related to the study of the essence of fiscal instruments, their types and the role in economic development are deepened. In particular, it has been established that fiscal instruments are an integral part of the fiscal mechanism, which is actively used by public authorities for the accumulation, distribution and redistribution of financial resources. In the article, the essence of such a mechanism is also analyzed, and the place of fiscal instruments in its op- eration is identified. Considerable attention is paid to the definition of the types of fiscal instruments. In particular, it was found that in the vast majority of cases, fiscal instruments are considered by scholars as a general system of budgetary and tax instruments. Accordingly, these instruments are specified.	en_US
