dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуто оцінку ефективності реалізації програм міжнародної технічної допомоги малому та середньому бізнесу за допомогою розробленої методики. Розроблена методика оцінки ефективності програм міжнародної технічної допомоги малому та середньому бізнесу в Україні в контексті розвитку регіону рекомендована для використання у своїй діяльності для Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України, Міністерства фінансів України, Державної служби статистики України, а також будуть корисні для використання науковій спільноті. Наведені рекомендації нададуть можливість проведення оцінки ефективності програм міжнародної технічної допомоги малому та середньому бізнесу в Україні, які на сьогодні не було затребувано, проте вони виведуть на якісно новий рівень процес визначення ефективності програм міжнародної технічної допомоги малому та середньому бізнесу в Україні в контексті розвитку регіону.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article considers the evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of international technical assistance programs for small and medium-sized businesses using the developed methodology. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of international technical assistance programs for small and medium-sized businesses, which, in turn, will provide an understanding of the effectiveness of the above programs. The materials of the research are domestic legislation in the field of international technical assistance, scientific works of foreign and domestic researchers, survey results. The following methods were used during the study: analysis and synthesis (a list of international technical assistance projects for small and medium-sized businesses; a description of international technical assistance projects for small and medium-sized businesses); questionnaires (conducting a survey of beneficiaries of international technical assistance to small and medium-sized businesses); graphic method (visualization of information about the beneficiary, recipient and development partner of the international technical assistance to small and medium business); grouping (separation of international technical assistance projects related to small and medium business); observation (selection of both foreign and domestic authors who study the issues of international technical assistance to small and medium-sized businesses); logical generalization of results (formulation of conclusions). The developed methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of international technical assistance programs for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine in the context of regional development is recommended for use by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. These recommendations will provide an opportunity to assess the effectiveness of international technical assistance programs for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, which have not been requested today, but they will take to a new level the process of determining the effectiveness of international technical assistance programs for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine.	en_US
