dc.description.abstract	To conclude, the jurisdiction of the CCU is absolutely unique. The CCU is the only body of constitutional jurisdiction in the state. Exercising its judicial functions directly, the Court is guided primarily by the rule of law. It should be noted that the Law of Ukraine "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" functions on the basis of this legal "axiom" and does not contradict the norms of the Basic Law. With the adoption of a new version of law, the jurisdiction of the CCU has been changed expanding its range of issues. Currently, there are many new ideas on modifying the jurisdiction of the CCU, which are becoming more and more up-to-date due to emergence of new needs of the Ukrainian society. Such ideas must be considered and approved at the legislative level.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	Підсумовуючи, юрисдикція КСУ є абсолютно унікальною. КСУ є єдиним органом конституційної юрисдикції в державі. Здійснюючи свої судові функції безпосередньо, Суд керується насамперед верховенством права. Слід зазначити, що Закон України «Про Конституційний Суд України» функціонує на основі цієї правової «аксіоми» і не суперечить нормам Основного Закону. З прийняттям нової редакції закону змінено юрисдикцію КСУ, розширено коло його питань. Наразі існує багато нових ідей щодо модифікації юрисдикції КСУ, які стають все більш актуальними у зв’язку з появою нових потреб українського суспільства. Такі ідеї мають бути розглянуті та затверджені на законодавчому рівні.	en_US
