dc.description.abstract	У статті доведено необхідність врахування структурних змін світової торгівлі у формуванні сучасного державного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності промислового виробництва. Розглянуто проблемні ситуації для вітчизняних суб’єктів ЗЕД при їх зорієнтованості на європейський ринок, серед яких: насиченість європейського ринку високотехнологічними товарами; превалювання сировинного та низько технологічного характеру більшості експортної української продукції, зорієнтованої на ринки країн ЄС. Наведено закономірності функціонування та сучасного розвитку світової торгівлі. Проведено аналіз експорту та імпорту товарів та послуг за 2015-2019 роки, який свідчить про переорієнтацію українських підприємств на ринки ЄС та ринки інших країн. Наведено стратегічні завдання перспектив зовнішньополітичного курсу держави.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article proves the need to take into account structural changes in world trade in the formation of modern state regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial production. Problematic situations for domestic subjects of foreign economic activity with their orientation to the European market are considered, among which: saturation of the European market with high-tech goods; prevalence of raw materials and low-tech nature of the majority of Ukrainian export products focused on the markets of the European Union. The regularities of functioning and modern development of world trade are given (rapid growth of international trade in goods and services; uneven growth of international trade; synchronization of world trade and world gross domestic product, with greater volatility of trade growth than growth of gross domestic product; volatility of world prices for goods and its impact on lower prices for metals and food; increasing the impact of globalization; concentration of world trade flows; dynamic change in the product structure of world trade; outpacing growth of world trade in services). An analysis of exports and imports of goods and services for 2015-2019, which indicates the reorientation of Ukrainian enterprises in the EU and other markets. The strategic tasks of the prospects of the foreign policy course of the state are given. It is proved that in the period of deepening the process of globalization, an important task of scientific and methodological direction is to develop an effective mechanism for state regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial production, taking into account the impact of structural changes in world trade. This will eliminate the problems associated with increasing all types of resources to ensure foreign economic activity of economic entities and will achieve the effectiveness of their functioning in international markets and deepen European integration with Ukraine in mind the alliances with the EU (Customs Union, Schengen Association, Energy, Digital single market).	en_US
