dc.description.abstract	У статті поглиблено теоретичні положення щодо ролі державного регулювання в забезпеченні ефективного розвитку національної економіки. Для цього було обґрунтовано сутність такого виду регулювання, що реалізовано через компаративний аналіз сформованих у науковій літературі підходів до розгляду сутності державного регулювання. Також конкретизовано специфічні риси такого регулювання, обґрунтовано особливу його роль у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності національної економіки та формуванні сприятливих умов для розвитку окремих сфер і галузей господарства. У статті також розглянуто роль державного регулювання в розвитку ринкової економіки та забезпеченні формування ринкового середовища для функціонування економічних суб’єктів.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	Within the article, theoretical provisions concerning the role of state regulation to provide efficient development of the national economy are deepened. For this purpose, the essence of this regulation type was substantiated; that was implemented through a comprehensive analysis of the approaches to the essence of state regulation formed in the scientific literature. It is proposed to consider state regulation of economy as a process of the impact of public authorities on economic processes, economic entities to ensure stable development of certain industries, sectors of the national economy. In the article, the specific features of such regulation are specified, its special role in ensuring the competitiveness of the national economy and the formation of favorable conditions for the development of certain sectors and industries is substantiated. These features include the following ones: objectivity of influence; importance of methods, tools, and levers; effectiveness and prospects of expected effects; permeance of action; quick adaptation; need to find a balance. It is noted that state regulation of economy is designed to ensure the growth of the country’s competitiveness, create conditions for its economic development in the medium, and long term. However, ensuring the effectiveness of this regulation is also part of building the appropriate level of such competitiveness. Rapid adaptation to new external challenges, considering internal economic processes taking place within the national economy, allows to construct an effective system of state regulation of economy. Taking into consideration various factors makes it possible to carry out constant modernization of this system, consider new global approaches to state intervention into economic processes, identify those areas and industries that need state support in this period or other period. Thus, within the article, the objective nature of the system of state regulation of economy, the need to combine it with market mechanisms of the national economy is defined. Ensuring such a combination is the only right way to build the efficient and competitive national economy.	uk_UA
