dc.description.abstract	У статті досліджено вплив еволюційних тенденцій розвитку галузі рибного господарства в системі агропромислового комплексу. З'ясовано, що в умовах воєнних дій, природних катастроф, можуть знадобитися додаткові заходи регулювання для забезпечення безпеки працівників рибного господарства та збереження навколишнього середовища. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення та впровадження ефективних механізмів контролю та регулювання, які сприятимуть розвитку сталого рибного господарства. Надано наукові пропозиції до розроблення проєкту «Державної стратегії розвитку галузі рибного господарства на період до 2030 року», з урахуван- ням економічних викликів, які стоять перед Україною і світом щодо національної та продовольчої безпеки в умовах сучасної економіки і глобальної конкуренції.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article examines the impact of evolutionary trends in the development of the fishery sector in the system of the agro-industrial complex. It has been found that in the conditions of military operations and natural disasters, additional regulatory measures may be needed to ensure the safety of fishery workers and environmental protection. It has been established that Ukraine is not an exception to the general trend of increasing fish consumption per capita. In recent years, there has been an increase in this indicator from 8.6 kg in 2015 to 10.8 kg in 2017 and to 13.7 kg in 2021. It has been proven that Ukraine did not reach the average world level of consumption of fish and fish products during the entire period of its independence. This situation can be explained by the increase in the import of fish and fish products to the country. It should be noted that fish and fish products are mainly supplied to the market in Ukraine through imports. In recent years, it has accounted for about 80% of the total consumption of fish and fish products in the country. Since 2015, we have observed a steady increase in the import of fish and fish products to Ukraine, and currently, in 2021, its volume is 446 thousand tons. There are several key factors that have been significant obstacles to fisheries regulation for a long time. Among them, one can note the ineffective management of industrial stocks of most fish species, the low level of their natural reproduction and artificial breeding, which leads to a decrease in national production, a decrease in biodiversity and, as far as possible, to the incorrect use of the potential of water bodies in general. In addition, the significant negative anthropogenic impact on water ecosystems due to hydraulic engineering, climate change and pollution, which leads to the degradation of natural biocenoses, is also a serious problem. The article also notes the high level of import dependence and outdated legislation, which often lead to excessive paperwork for obtaining permits for conducting economic activities in the field of fisheries. Other problems that need to be solved are the lack of transparent and competitive mechanisms for the distribution of access to aquatic biological resources among economic entities, as well as the fact of a high level of illegal, unaccountable and uncontrolled fishing. All these problems require an immediate solution and the implementation of effective control and regulation mechanisms that will contribute to the development of sustainable fisheries. Ways of solving and implementing effective mechanisms of control and regulation that will contribute to the development of sustainable fisheries are proposed. Scientific proposals for the development of the project "State strategy for the development of the fishery industry for the period until 2030" have been provided, taking into account the economic challenges facing Ukraine and the world in terms of national and food security in the conditions of the modern economy and global competition.	uk_UA
