The relevance of qualification work is confirmed by the fact that social
networks have not only entered people's lives, but have also become an effective
means of realizing entrepreneurial ambitions and various business projects and
startups.
The purpose of the qualification work is to investigate the main directions of
using social networks in the promotion of a business brand, using the example of
the COLLAR company.
The qualification work was performed on the basis of PP NVT "COLLAR".
The first chapter examines the essence of social networks and their role in
human life, the development of the online shopping market in social networks is
studied, and the foreign experience of promoting the brand of business companies
in social networks is characterized.
In the second chapter, the organizational and economic characteristics of the
production company COLLAR are provided and the analysis of marketing
activities, branding and work with consumers of the COLLAR company in social
networks is carried out.
In the third section, directions for increasing the competitiveness of the
enterprise using social networks are defined and a model of image management of
the COLLAR company in social networks is built.
