dc.description.abstract	Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлюється тим, що примусові заходи медичного характеру є одним із найбільш актуальних, дискусійних та комплексних питань, яке стосується як юридичних, так й інших наук. Крім того, актуальність теми дослідження зумовлюється специфічною категорією осіб стосовно яких застосовуються примусові заходи медичного характеру – це особи, які страждають психічними захворюваннями психічними розладами, є найбільш уразливішою в юридичному сенсі категорією населення держави. Про це йдеться також і в міжнародних актах, де одним з показників рівня соціально-економічного добробуту, розвитку, гуманізації та демократизації суспільства визначається дотримання і забезпечення прав людини у сфері психічного здоров’я. В Розділі 1 досліджуються поняття і мета примусових заходів медичного характеру та критерії застосування примусових заходів медичного характеру. В Розділі 2 розглядаються види примусових заходів медичного характеру, особливості продовження, зміни або припинення застосування примусових заходів медичного характеру, примусове лікування та особливості його застосування. Розділ 3 роботи присвячено аналізу судової практики пов’язаної із застосуванням примусових заходів медичного характеру та визначенню проблем застосування примусових заходів медичного характеру та шляхи їх вирішення. Основні положення і висновки роботи під час Всеукраїнської науково-практичної конференції «Права людини: виклики сьогодення» (м. Чернігів, 10 грудня 2022 р.) з нагоди Міжнародного дня прав людини. Основні результати проведеного дослідження викладені в одній науковій праці.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The relevance of the research topic is determined by the fact that coercive measures of a medical nature are one of the most relevant, debatable and complex issues, which concerns both legal and other sciences. In addition, the relevance of the research topic is determined by the specific category of persons against whom coercive measures of a medical nature are applied - these are persons suffering from mental illnesses and mental disorders, which are the most vulnerable category of the state's population in the legal sense. This is also stated in international acts, where one of the indicators of the level of socio-economic well-being, development, humanization and democratization of society is determined by the observance and provision of human rights in the field of mental health. Chapter 1 explores the concept and purpose of coercive medical measures and the criteria for applying coercive medical measures. Section 2 deals with the types of coercive measures of a medical nature, features of continuation, change or termination of coercive measures of a medical nature, coercive treatment and features of its application. Chapter 3 of the work is devoted to the analysis of judicial practice related to the use of coercive measures of a medical nature and the definition of problems of the use of coercive measures of a medical nature and ways to solve them. The main provisions and conclusions of the work during the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference «Human Rights: Today's Challenges» (Chernihiv, December 10, 2022) on the occasion of International Human Rights Day.	uk_UA
