dc.description.abstract	Статтю присвячено актуальній проблемі сьогодення – підвищенню якості вищої освіти. Дослідження фокусується на визначенні ключових показників, які дають змогу всебічно оцінити вплив регіональних інноваційних кластерів на якість вищої освіти. Основна увага приділяється аналізу показників розвитку інновацій, бізнесу та конкурентоспроможності як основних показників моніторингу впливу регіональних інноваційних кластерів на якість вищої освіти. Метою статті є проведення моніторингу ефективності регіональних інноваційних кластерів у системі вищої освіти. У рамках дослідження використано такі методи: контент-аналізу, статистичний, кореляційний та регресійного аналізу, економетричного моделювання, графічний. У результаті дослідження визначено вплив регіональних інноваційних кластерів на якість вищої освіти. Автор робить висновок, що існує тісний взаємозв’язок між рівнем розвитку регіональних інноваційних кластерів та якістю вищої освіти. Встановлено їх прямий вплив на якість вищої освіти, що підтверджується поданими розрахунками.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article is devoted to the current problem of today - improving the quality of higher education. The study focuses on identifying key indicators that allow a comprehensive assessment of the impact of regional innovation clusters on the quality of higher education. The main attention is paid to the analysis of indicators of innovation development, business and competitiveness, as the main indicators of monitoring the impact of regional innovation clusters on the quality of higher education. The purpose of the article is to monitor the effectiveness of regional innovation clusters in the higher education system. Under the conditions of globalization, the main priority of state education policy in many countries of the world is to ensure the quality of higher education. This is possible through close and efficient cooperation between the state, higher education institutions, future specialists, employers and innovative structures – clusters. The following methods have been used within the research: content analysis, statistical, correlation and regression analysis, econometric modelling and graphical method. The scientific novelty of the research is in the development and substantiation of theoretical and practical bases for determining indicators of the effectiveness of regional innovation clusters in the higher education system. For the first time, the impact of regional innovation clusters on higher education has been assessed, in the result of which a close relationship between cluster development, business development, innovation and higher education competitiveness has been identified. These factors are closely linked to the level of competitiveness of higher education and do not exclude each other. As a result of the research, indicators of the effectiveness of regional innovation clusters have been identified and their impact quality of higher education has been evaluated. The author concludes that there is a close relationship between the level of development of regional innovation clusters and the quality of higher education. Their direct impact on the quality of higher educatoi n has been established, which is confirmed by the submitted cacl ulations.	uk_UA
