| dc.description.abstract | У статті проведено поглиблення теоретичних положень функціонування організаційно-економічного механізму розвитку сфери охорони здоров’я. Це здійснено на основі обґрунтування сутності «організаційного механізму» та «економічного механізму», визначення особливостей функціонування цих механізмів у зазначеній сфері. Також, враховуючи наукові концепції розгляду сутності організаційно-економічного механізму, у статті конкретизовано зміст цього механізму у сфері охорони здоров’я та виокремлено специфічні риси його існування. Це дало змогу також визначити морфологічну будову такого механізму з уточненням його окремих компонентів та визначенням взаємодії між ними. | uk_UA |

| dc.description.abstractalt1 | The organizational-economic mechanism plays a key role in the functioning and development of all economic spheres without exception, which today are an integral part of the national economy system of the country. Harmonization of the interaction between organizational-economic mechanisms creates an appropriate effective mechanism that contributes to the development of the economy and its subjects. The healthcare sector is one of the key areas of the social system development of any country and an integral part of the society functioning. It is the objectivity of the need to develop this area to improve the living standards that requires the search for new methods and tools to improve its functioning. In other words, there is a need to apply separate components of the organizational-economic mechanism of this sector. Within the article, theoretical provisions of the functioning of the organizational-economic mechanism for the development of the healthcare sector are deepened. This is carried out based on the substantiation of the essence of the “economic mechanism”, justifying the specifics of these mechanisms functioning in this sector. Also, taking into consideration the scientific concepts of considering the essence of the organizational-economic mechanism, in the article, the content of this mechanism in the healthcare sector is specified, and the specific features of its functioning are highlighted. In particular, it is proposed to consider the outlined mechanism as a complex, open, structured system of the methods, tools, means, levers used by state authorities, local self-government and medical institutions by managing the activities to ensure the achievement of goals, implementation of the main functions of this sector to meet the demand of citizens for medical services. Based on the specification of this mechanism content, the specific features of its functioning are identified. This also made it possible to build a structural model of this mechanism, identify its subjects, an object and other individual elements, and establish their relationship | uk_UA |
