The methods of experimental determination of the trajectories of the spindle using a highprecision
measurement tools. Shows the structural diagram and description of the experimental
complex of means for research precision spindles with hydraulic supports. Shows the trajectories
and determined the effect of the rotational speed, the cutting force and the hydrostatic pressure
in the pockets of support for the standard deviations of the axis of the spindle. The frequency of rotation
has the most influence the dispersion of position of the spindle axis at a constant value of other
operating parameters. Stochastic trajectories to justify the feasibility of detection and in-epth
analysis of complex events in hydrostatic supports instrumentation with high resolution. |
