The article examines currenttrends in the labor market, in particular, analyzes the supply and demand for services and qualifications of medical workers on the market. It was noted that during the first year of the war, the total number of doctors -doctors, middle and junior medical personnel -decreased by almost 13%. An analysis of the ratio of vacancies for medical workers and submitted resumes was carried out according to information from the job search site Robota.ua and the State Employment Center. According to the results of the analysis, a significant excess of submitted resumes by potential medical workers compared to the announced vacancies was established. The reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand in the medical field are highlighted. The ways of solving the issues of balancing the labor marketin the field of health care are outlined. It has been proven that an effective motivational mechanism for medical workers should include a set of non-material and material motivation measures. The problems that reduce the effectiveness of training new specialists and inhibit the improvement of the qualifications of existing medical personnel are outlinedThe areas of material stimulation of medical workers based on the quality of the provided medical services and the rating are proposed, as well as non-material types of motivation are outlined, among which the following are highlighted: providing opportunities for professional development and professional development, namely participation in conferences, seminars or training programs; organization of competitions within which medical workers can demonstrate their skills and gain recognition, such as awarding prizes or awards for the best achievements in improving the quality of medical services; promoting the application of leadership skills and participation in decision-making; provision of a flexible work schedule; creating a working atmosphere that promotes cooperation, interaction and support among colleagues; organization of mentoring and support from more experienced colleagues; promoting and maintaining work-life balance. Taking into account the specified material and non-material areas of motivation will contribute to the satisfaction of employees, increase their productivity and increase the quality of medical services |
