dc.description.abstract	У статті поглиблено теоретичні положення обґрунтування сутності фінансової нестабільності та особливостей її формування в межах фінансової системи країни. Зокрема проаналізовано сутність таких категорій, як «нестабільність», «економічна нестабільність». Це було реалізовано на основі аналізу наукових підходів до трактування цих категорій, виокремлення та дослідження їхніх змістових ознак. Також увага була приділена аналізу дефініції «фінансова стабільність», зокрема виокремлено підходи до дослідження її природи. На основі теоретичних положень обґрунтування змісту фінансової нестабільності, її специфічних ознак, досліджено сутність фінансової нестабільності.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The financial system plays a key role in the development of the national economy. Being an integral part of our life, this system is also a source of destructive processes and phenomena, which in their existence form complex, sometimes crisis conditions for the further development of economic subjects. The experience of the functioning of developed countries and the numerous economic crises that periodically occur within the world economy show that financial relations are quite unpredictable, rapidly changing and not fully studied by scientists. Accordingly, the issues of financial instability research remain relevant today The article deepens the theoretical provisions of the substantiation of the essence of financial instability and the peculiarities of its formation within the financial system of the country. It is substantiated that without ensuring stable conditions for the functioning of the financial system, it is impossible to ensure the stability of the national economy against external threats, to create conditions for the country's financial and, accordingly, economic security. Accordingly, in order to specify the content of financial instability, the essence of such categories as "instability", "economic instability", "financial stability" was analyzed in the work, which was implemented on the basis of the analysis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of these categories, highlighting and researching their content features. This was implemented on the basis of the analysis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of these categories, the identification and study of their content features. A detailed examination of the approaches to the consideration of the content of financial stability available in the scientific literature made it possible to single out two approaches to its possible interpretation: static and dynamic. The article details the essence of each of them. On the basis of the theoretical provisions of the justification of the content of financial instability, its specific signs, the essence of financial instability was investigated, which was also revealed through the use of static and dynamic approaches to the interpretation of this definition.	uk_UA
