dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуто теоретичні положення здійснення імпакт-інвестування як нової парадигми фінансування проєктів для забезпечення сталого розвитку. Зокрема було проаналізовано та конкретизовано основі передумови формування цього виду інвестування. Дослідження концептуальних підходів до розгляду його сутності, які представлені в наукових роботах, дозволили конкретизувати сутність імпакт-інвестування та визначити його змістовні ознаки та особливості використання. У статті також проаналізовано основні принципи цього виду інвестування і з урахуванням наявних підходів до їх визначення виокремлені такі: прибутковість, цілеспрямованість, багатогранність, транспарентність та строковість, розкрито їх сутність.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The development of impact investment today is important for the implementation of the sustainable development concept, which prevails in strategic documents for further development of society in most developed countries of the world. Impact investment as a new paradigm of financial projects and events is actively developing all over the world today, and gradually and increasing number of investors and economic entities that want to implement the projects in this area are attracted to this type of financing. It is the initiative on attractive private capital that can help accelerate sustainable development of countries around the world to improve the quality of the life of citizens. Taking into consideration the above, today the issue of conducting systematic scientific research in this direction, studying the specifics of implementing impact investment is actualized, to activate its implementation in all countries, regardless of the level of economic development. Within the article, theoretical provisions of the development of impact investment as an innovative way to implement investment activities to achieve the sustainable development goals are considered. The main prerequisites for the emergence of this types of financing are considered, and it is found out that impact investment developed in the evolutionary way. Also, the specific features of impact investment were defined, which were identified based on the analysis of the approaches to considering the essence of this type of investment were formed in the scientific literature. This also allowed us to substantiate the essence of this type of financing, namely: impact investment – a new paradigm of investment activities, which provides for the financing projects, the implementation of which contributes to obtaining environmental and social effects based on ensuring in the future financial independence of economic entities that implement and will continue to implement these projects. The main principles of impact investment are highlighted, which include the following ones: profitability, commitment, versatility, transparency and urgency. To reveal their essence, it is established that compliance with these principles allows us to ensure further development of impact investment, adhering to the main conceptual provisions of its implementation, which were meaningfully defined at the beginning of its implementation.	uk_UA
