dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуто теоретичні положення забезпечення сталого розвитку суспільства в умовах невизначеності та турбулентності його функціонування. Зокрема, проаналізовано сутність сталого розвитку, визначено основні причини невизначеності й нестаціонарності економічного розвитку, обґрунтовано цілі такого розвитку. На основі аналізу індексу сталого розвитку було визначено сучасні тенденції впровадження моделі такого розвитку в країнах. Також досліджено ретроспективні та с учасні тенденції впровадження моделі сталого розвитку в Україні, конкретизовано вплив війни на можливості використання такої моделі в країні та обґрунтовано важливість її використання у період відновлення країни з метою забезпечення подальшого стійкого роз витку.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The concept of this development involves harmonious interaction between people and the environment in which they live and work. First of all, ensuring the sustainable development model of society is associated with the transformation of the pri nciples of the economic system functioning in society. Sustainable development of society can only be achieved through the interaction of significant financial resources, as the introduction of modern innovations that contribute to the transformation of th e social, environmental and economic systems based on sustainability requires significant investment. This is especially difficult for the countries that do not have such resources and do not have a favourable investment climate. Ukraine is currently facin g extremely difficult conditions for its own development. The war has led to complex economic, environmental and social disruptions, the effects of which are still deepening. Accordingly, all processes and efforts aimed at creating conditions for the count ry’s sustainable development were levelled and are partially in vain. However, the desire of Ukraine to integrate into the EU economic area also requires the adoption of the adoption of the basic principles of the functioning of European countries, which s trategies of the national development focus on sustainable development. The article deals with theoretical provisions of ensuring sustainable development of society under the conditions of uncertainty and turbulence of its functioning. In particular, the a uthor analyses the essence of sustainable development, identifies the main causes of uncertainty and non stationarity of economic development, and substantiates the goals of this development. Based on the analysis of the sustainable development index, with in the article, the current trends in the implementation of the sustainable development model in countries are identified. Also, within the article, the retrospective and current trends on the implementation of the sustainable development model in Ukraine are examined, and the impact of the war of possible use of this model is specified. It is determined that in Ukraine, under current conditions, the issues of sustainable development are not a priority. However, in the period of the post war reconstruction, they need to be given significant attention and a reconstruction model should be formed in such that it takes into consideration the achievement of the main goals of sustainable development. This will also help modernise the national economy, restore its innovative potential and improve the quality of life and living conditions of citizens, which will have a positive impact on the country’s attractiveness for living, the return of people from abroad, and their inclusion in the country’s economic life.	uk_UA
