dc.description.abstract	У статті представлено результати систематизації та аналізу даних, які стосуються загального автомобільного парку України вагою до 3,5 тонн, що охоплює весь спектр легкового транспорту: пасажирського, комерційного та мікроавтобусів незалежно від виду пального та інших технічних характеристик. Проаналізовано дані щодо розподілу автомобільного парку за роками випуску, регіонами України, а також виявлено приріст за останні три роки, включаючи інформацію про поточний рік. Проведено аналіз актуального стану парку автомобілів та ідентифіковано транспортні засоби, які вже не експлуатуються, але ще не були вилучені з реєстрації.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	This article is aimed at scientific understanding of the formation, functioning and development of the road transport market in Ukraine, increasing its role in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and martial law. Modern life is impossible without transport, and speed has become an important aspect of modernity along with technological innovations, access to information, changes in socio-cultural environment, attitude to ecology, sustainable development and other aspects. The authors present the results of systematization and analysis of the data related to the general automobile fleet of Ukraine, weighing up to 3.5 tons, covering the entire range of passenger transport: passenger, commercial and minibuses, regardless of the type of fuel and other technical characteristics. The total number of cars in Ukraine as of 01.01.2023 makes 11,666,637 units for all years of production. It is proposed to classify general road transport in Ukraine into relevant and irrelevant. It is determined that the relevant car fleet in Ukraine, limited to the production period of 2000-2023, is 6,805,431 units. Data on the distribution of the automobile fleet by the year of production, regions of Ukraine are analysed and the factors influencing these indicators are determined. The results of the study and analysis of the automobile fleet by regions of Ukraine revealed significant variability in this indicator. From 125 autos per 1000 inhabitants in Chernihiv region to 353 cars per 1000 inhabitants in Kyiv region. To visualise the results of the study of general indicators of the car availability and growth of their distribution by regions of Ukraine, a table was calculated and a map of relevant fleet of cars by the region was created. The analysis of the current state of the fleet of cars was carried out, the growth of the electric vehicle market was determined, and the vehicles that are no longer in operation, but have not yet been withdrawn from registration, were identified. It is predicted that the fleet of Ukraine should increase by 3 times from today’s figure of 175 cars per 1000 inhabitants. Most of this growth, about 80-90%, will come from the used cars from Europe and America. Only 10-15% of this growth concerns the new autos.	uk_UA
