dc.description.abstract	У статті теоретично обґрунтовано сутність потенціалу регіональної економічної системи, його ролі в забезпеченні регіонального розвитку та фактори, які впливають на ефективність формування і використання. Проведено аналіз наслідків збройної агресії Росії, я кі з умовили критичне скорочення економічного потенціалу окремих регіонів України. Особлива увага приділяється методам та інструментам, що дозволяють врахувати специфіку регіональних особливостей та потенціалу для відновлення економічного розвитку. Побудова но концептуальну схему декомпозиції рівнів трансформації потенціалу регіональної економічної системи з метою досягнення стратегічних цілей відновлення.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article is dedicated to exploring the theoretical approaches and practical aspects of transforming the potential of regional economic systems in the conditions of post war recovery of the Ukrainian economy. The transformation of regional economic systems in contemporary scientific research is characterized by a high level of relevance, as it is an impo rtant issue not only for scholars but also for the country's government, policymakers, economists, and business leaders. This issue is particularly significant for Ukraine in terms of the consequences of military aggression from Russia and the prospects of post war economic recovery in the country. Addressing this issue requires the implementation of development strategies that take into account the requirements of the external environment and align with the country's strategic development goals considering contemporary global trends. It is evident that the security factor should be taken into account. The transformation process is accompanied by changes in all spheres, key institutions, social adaptation, and the search for new financial and economic mechan isms, which becomes a prerequisite for the continuity and multiplier effect of transformational changes. The study includes an examination of economic balance, analysis of the impact of production factors on economic growth, exploration of patterns between quantitative and qualitative changes, and economic development, all of which are fundamental aspects of this process. The author provides theoretical substantiation of the essence of the potential of the regional economic system and its role in ensuring r egional development. An analysis of the main consequences of Russia's armed aggression, which led to a critical reduction in the economic potential of Ukraine's regions, is conducted, including the destruction of infrastructure potential, loss of agricultu ral sector potential, deindustrialization, business operation issues, and business relocation, as well as changes in the labor market. Special attention is paid to methods and tools that allow for considering the specifics of regional characteristics and p otential for economic development recovery. A conceptual framework for decomposing the levels of transformation of the potential of the regional economic system is constructed with the aim of achieving strategic goals (restoration of lost regional potentia l due to military aggression and development of regional potential to ensure the competitiveness of the region and Ukraine as a whole). The study provides important conclusions and recommendations for forming development strategies for regional economic sy stems in the post war recovery period.	uk_UA
