dc.description.abstract Human capital is a complex element of social production which, due to both external and internal factors, has the ability to build and transform itself. The theories of both human development and human capital are quite popular and have been formed by a wide base of scholars with a variety of outcomes. Therefore, much of the information regarding human development is complex and, at times, ambiguous. This article analyzes the development of economic views and the formation of scientific theories regarding human capital from international representatives of varying schools of scientific thought. en_US
