Vagueness minimization in operative projects management at different life cycle phases

Abstract

In the article the most popular life cycles models of projects realization which can be used in different agro-industrial complex projects are analysed. The main features of project life cycle effective model choice are observed. Determination and correction methodology of efficiency plan indexes of projects realization which are changed under the influence of different factors in operative management is given.
