Abstract:
The article reveals the basic substantive parameters of knowledge as an intellectual resources and knowledge management in economic activity. Complex structure of knowledge management theory is shown, different approaches to identify its nature are characterized. It is proved that combining "knowledge infrastructure", "culture of knowledge", "knowledge technology", the theory of knowledge management ensures efficiency and innovation of economic activity.
